The Minorca Condominium, at 2030 S. Douglas Road, is ideally located in the heart of “The City Beautiful” (Coral Gables, Florida).

This eight-floor Mediterranean revival style building was completed in 2005. Just like many of its neighboring buildings, The Minorca rooftop is lined with Spanish tile. 

The Minorca consists of 120 residential units on the top 5 floors. Units range in size from 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms to one exceptional two-level penthouse.
